Genvivs is the go to person for any requests both during and prior to your stay! (hope I did not butcher her good name!). We got a great room although I am sure all rooms are great. All staff including door men were awesome. Great place to stay. The bed was really comfortable. Let me know if you have any questions. Our stay was totally great. Would do it again.

"Feel Like Royalty"

Our second visit and we were not disappointed. Hotel staff go above and beyond to make sure you have a wonderful stay. You can do nothing or's your choice. Beach, Mist Lounge, Roof Top Pool...The beautiful scenery, breezes...and most of all the beautiful smiles of all the staff as they are working very hard and we are playing....Much appreciate the attention...felt like we were at "Cheers" as the staff makes it a point to remember you! The hotel staff humored us with taking a photo of our Motorcycle Club mascot...Victor The Viking...Thanks for making our stay memorable...

Love this boutique hotel!"

This is my second stay here in addition to visiting other times for dinner and drinks. I love the intimate feel of the hotel and the upscale decorations. It has a hip, young vibe. Staff are attentive, friendly and welcoming. The design elements are very interesting and you have to be sure to notice them. My room looked up the beach to the El San Juan and was on the 9th floor. The room had a large desk, refrigerator, coffee maker, 2 complimentary bottles of water, nice bathroom with all the toiletries needed, plush robes, plenty of outlets and shelves to leave items on, 2 luggage racks (very nice for a couple!),nice size flat screen TV, iron and board, chair, etc. The air conditioning worked well. There was turn-down service with 2 nice chocolates provided. I found the bed to be very comfortable and I slept well. Good lights on the bed to read by (although one side did not work) and one end table. There was nothing I was missing in the room.

Out on the beach you were provided with towels, loungers and umbrellas. Outside of the hotel front door was a water dispenser (water had lemons, limes, oranges, cucumbers, etc, different each day) and there was a place to wash the sand off your feet. There were people to order drinks and lunch from. Mid-day they delivered a small skewer of fresh fruit and at 3:00 a small cup of coconut ice cream. The beach is long, the sand fine and white and the water clear. Perfect for swimming and walking. Up on the roof is a bar and pool and lots of comfortable seating. Friday night they play music at night (loud) and as I was only a floor below I could hear it in my room. I still slept.

I ate dinner at the restaurant 2 nights. Food was very good. I never got offered bread the first night and even though I reserved days in advance they tried to seat me in the bar area at a high table (because I was alone??) After pressing they found me a table in the restaurant area. Desserts were delicious. Mine was deconstructed and very interesting as you could change the taste depending on which items on the plate you ate together. They made me special grilled vegetables one night as I wasn't too hungry. They were good but salty. Chicken croquettes were to die for! I definitely recommend to dine here. It would be nice if they had one or two specials as I had been here earlier in the year and the menu was the same. There are only about 7-8 entrée choices. They have a nice wine selection.

This is the only place I would stay in PR!
