Among the coffee trees, mountains and farms of Puerto Rico, began the History and passion of the Flavors of Juana. Juana's cuisine collects the typical recipes of all the women who influenced her life, integrating Puerto Rico's unique seasoning. In the elaboration of each dish Juana captures the essence of her roots and traditions inherited from our Spanish, Taino and African ancestors. Originating with Grandmother Julia's "Sofrito", to sister in law, Esther's "adobo" and aunt Paca's dough combined with the produce of this land, makes each dish an experience of Flavors, aromas and colors worthy of what is our Boricua culture! Sabores, located on the main level of the Hotel San Juan Water Beach Club, offers an energetic atmosphere. This colorful space overlooking the sea, integrates a modern feel to what is the daily life of the mountains of our beautiful island.
